Tony Vahl picks Yankees to win World Series- MLB 2009 postseason picks

Yankees will beat the Twins
Yankees will beat the Red Sox or Yankees will beat the Angels

Dodgers will beat the Cardinals
Phillies will beat the Rockies
Dodgers will beat the Phillies

Yankees will defeat the Dodgers in the World Series (7 games).

There is no doubt that the Yankees have the best team on paper- experts agree that this is the best New York Yankees team in a long time. That being said the Angels will win the 2009 American League Championship series.

The World Series will be Angels vs Cardinals, featuring two future Hall of Fame managers Mike Scioscia and Tony LaRussa. This will also feature the best player in baseball- Albert Pujols.
