Jose Canseco Didn’t Pay His Lawyer

In other news, Jose Canseco’s former attorney Robert Saunooke filed suit seeking $335,236.23. in unpaid legal fees. Canseco fired Saunooke abruptly in April. I wonder if Jose will ever pay that money back.

Canseco also lost his Califonia home to foreclosure earlier this spring.

Canseco’s Los Angeles-based attorney Gregory Emerson did not return a call. As for Jose himself, he is scheduled to do a celebrity boxing match in Atlantic City July 12 where he’ll fight former football return man Vai Sikahema.
